French Hallmarked Augis & Quentric Saint Christopher Charm

This piece is the result of a famous collaboration between the great French sculptor Eugène Quentric and the renowned French goldsmith Alphonse Augis, who famously created the popular Médaille d'Amour for Maison Augis in 1907.

These St. Christopher charms began to appear in the 1940s and had become popular traveller's talismans by the mid-century.
